I bought a digital camera through Avon, and when I plugged it into my computer, this bubble comes up with "USB Device Not Recognized" and I've tried EVERYTHING that was recommended. I even downloaded a program that fixes drivers which I thought was free, but it turns out I have to pay for it in order to even use it to fix my drivers.
Please Help. I don't want to have to return the camera. This is the first camera we've had that has done this to us.
Jim A, I am getting my money back. I suspect, however, that it's my computer that is the issue as well since it's almost 10 years old.
The camera works offline, but once I hook it up to the computer, it doesn't do what it's supposed to.
The only other issue I have with it, offline, is that it shuts itself off when I unhook it from the USB port, and it doesn't let me format the memory card, either.
