if you dnt know "how" then you might want to think about this a little more. Itz more of somthing that happenz as you go along in the moment, not like "hey get in my bed so we can have sex." Ur first time will be awkwurd, no doubt. it was for me. but maybe you should talk to her in more detail, are you guys REALLY ready?! sex iz a risky buziness, not just something u do. and my advice, dnt do it if you dont LOVE her.
