Help with setting up email on HTC HERO says authentication failed but everything is...

...correct? I set up my yahoo mail successfully upon purchasing my HTC HERO. Just about twenty minutes ago it began to say authentication failed please verify your email/ password... i am able to log in online but not through the phone. i have logged of my email account on my computer and still no success.
