im having a problem with my samsung moment, when i am on a call that i have to input info into my keypad( like to pay my bills over the phone) , it is not being recognized, not that im putting the info in, but that it times out like i am not putting any info in. i tried setting my dial-pad volume but this doesnt do anything. has anyone had this problem, or know how to fix it?
