I am trying to get into learning php, but I don't have a server and can't run any of my programs. I don't want to pay for anything, as I am just learning, and I'm using a school computer(macbook) so I can't install anything. I have text edit and text wrangler, but they won't let me run my programs. Can I somehow get text wrangler to work, or can I test them some other way without a server?
