Help with reinstalling android 1.6?

I, for some reason, installed Android 1.0 from the internet onto my T-Mobile G1. I'm using it right now to submit this post. I want to reinstall Android 1.6 but I can't find the "Search for Updates" option in settings. Could I install Android 1.6 from the internet or ask T-Mobile to send me an OTA update?
