...inexpensive distribution? Hello. I am working on my book publishing company. We will have a branch for children's books. I've used Create Space and Lulu on and off over the past 3 years. My questions are:
1. CreateSpace has a ProAdvantage marketing plan for like $35 or something, but I think that you have to have them as your publisher to get the perks. What are your suggestions for me to get optimal distribution so we can use our OWN name as the publisher instead of CreateSpace?
2. I see many successful book publishing companies who use Printing on Demand sites such as: CreateSpace, Lulu, Lightning Source, etc. What companies do you recommend where I can get the most distribution, with minimal cost, and we can use our publishing company name instead of the POD (Printing on Demand) company?
