I was wondering if anyone knew how to take an image and sort of cut out a certain part with a patterned brush. I want to say that you use a history brush but I don't think that's right. Basically, I only want the patterned design of the photo to show up so that it looks like a pretty cut out. I hope that makes sense, please help.
