Help with Phone Choices

I live in Upstate NY and my contract with Verizon ends at the end of May. I have been thinking of moving to Cingular simply because it seems they have less blocks on their Bluetooth and their smartphones look like they have more to offer.

I am a professional who wants a smartphone with Windows Mobile and I need BT and Wi-Fi.

Any recommendations for Cingular Smart Phones??

Thanks

Well, you should first check your coverage and make sure Cingular will be usable. Look at where you live, work, travel, etc. Talk to family, friends, co-workers and find out what they have, why, and how the service is. Then pick a phone.

That being said, have you looked at the Cingular website and checked out the phones and PDAs? A little research on your part will go a long way in helping you decide.

I think the Cingular 8525 is the only one to have WiFi right now, but it is Pocket PC, not a Smartphone. I would really look hard at the WiFi requirement. My personal opinion is that it isn't what everyone thinks it will be.

Windows Mobile isn't all that great either. After all , it is a Microsoft product!

Don't forget that you will need a $40 data plan for email and internet access.
