Help with N73 ME

Hi all, i have a question..

i bought my N73 ME less than a week ago and my friend sent me an mp3 ringtone via bluetooth yesterday...
i received it and saved it.. I can see it under the tracks folder..
i can also select the options of the file to set it as ringtone..
but then.. how when i go to profiles and try to personalize and select the mp3 ringtone i saved I cannot find it in the list.. it happens for all profiles and for message tones too..

I saved the file in the memory card.. anybody knows why?
 
i have a sound clips folder under gallery... but it's empty inside.. there is no sounds folder... but i do remember seeing it when i used my usb connection to add music to my phone.. this is so weird..
 
oops.. sorry i mean i have a sound clips folder.. but under that.. i dun see any digital/tones folder.. also, when i try to move/copy it only asks me whether I wan to move it to phone memory or not.. doesn't ask which specific folder i wan to move it to..
 
do i have to change any settings for the file to be saved in the folders u mentioned after receiving them via bluetooth? does yours automatically save in the folders?
 
Ok got to file manager, then go to attachments in the memorycard, the files should be there if u saved them from bluetooth, then mark them and save them to new folder, should give u an option, of memory card or phone , hit memory card then sound clips, then digitalsounds then press move button.
 
ok i followed ur instructions and got till the end but an error popped up and said it could not be moved.. I've checked and it's not set as any ringtone and it's not in use.. i've even deleted the original and saved a new one again.. =(
