Help with my stock 2000 Chevy s10 4x4?

i need help prioritizing my list of things to do to my truck. please help by puttin it in order of most importance to least and even tellin me to throw out an item only got 300 bucks to work with till this summer
vortec 4.3L v6

so:
throttle body spacer
cold air intake
Chevy 350
cat-back exhaust
3in torsion bar lift kit(keys)
add-a-leaf spring
or shackles

32's or 33's
15x10inch steel rims
im 16. and live by the Outer Banks(Currituck)
so tires are more of a necessity than u may think.
And im thinkin either a 350 swap
or
Performance parts
oh and add to the list stereo system
:Head Unit
Speakers
 
I'd recommend that you spend the $ on maintenance to help it live longer. If you put 33's on it with stock gearing, you'll be very disappointed with it's onroad performance. Also alot'ta strain & wear on the entire drivetrain.
 
Well this day an time 300 ant gowing to do much but if you go to bigger tires i would go ahead an change the unaversall joints.I went to 38s on my truck an the first time i played thay broke but up dateing little things will help more in the long run to make it to the summer.
 
to be honest the only thing your gonna get for 300 bucks is the spacer.good luck.or possibly the exhaust.
