help with my photoshop installer...?

ok this is whats written on my cd pack..
serial:
1045-1756-2071-0999-3438-3575

1-u must set the date(year to 2003)before using serial!
2-copy the emu.dll to photoshop directory first.
3-copy Text.exe to photoshop folder and do as directed
4-in 4 steps it wil be patched.
i really dont know what to do i know its stupid but i really need help plzzz...
