help with my kyocera phone . HELP !! !!!!!?

I don't know how to get my pics from the phone to the computer , it doesn't have service anymore so I can't email them to myself , I have a USB cord but I don't have the software to install it to my computer . Is there a website I can download the software from ???? Or what else can I do ??? Help please !
