help with my jeep, running funny?

i have worked on it for 3 weeks with a lift kit, well i started it up and its motor is shaking and jumping around, its been 3 weeks thats its been off and not started, so im thnaking its just getting warmed up, so i was going to drive it abit, but when its in revers it wines alot when i push the gas!
