I'm trying to add airtime to my Sanyo 2700, that I bought from Kroger.
But I have to "add my phone" and I already activated it from the phone itself but when I try to add the phone to my account on the I-Wireless account it says, "The status [AC] on service [1760346/1803542] needs to be deactivated."
What am I supposed to do?
All I want to do is put money on the phone and get the unlimited everything plan.
