Help with My Favs......

I have Fav. 5 with tmobile.. and all fav 5 are put it. the numbers are all correct and the names are the same as they are in my addrees book... but when i type to call them.....the little my favs circle with the pink sot doesnt come out... the only way it comes out is if they call me or if i clicked them from the circle group of my myfavs... how do i fix it so that i can type them and just hit send?
 
you can log into t-mobile.com and check make sure they are 100% myfaves calls.. or you can call t-mobile. but since they pop up when they call you I know there are going to be
 
thats odd i know that was an issue some customer have had but I know I running the new OS and when I maek or recieve a call it shows the "paw print". i really don't remember if they showed the paw print when you made a call on the .64 OS.
