I am on a £35 a month contract and have had it for about 6 months, but i have been having problems with my handset, it keeps turning itself off, it done it 6 times yesterday, i havee been sent 5 new handsets by orange, and it is still doing the same thing, i told them that i want a totally new handset, and they offeredme a choice of 3, 3 handsets that are worth £20 on payg, whereas mine is worth over £100 on payg, is there anyway i can get a handset that is worth the £35 a month contract and is equal to the one i got now?? what shall i do??
yeah i understand that phjones have limited life, but mine is beyond a joke now........the handset i have at the moment, is less than a month old...
