help with my car audio?

on my car deck there's rca jacks for rear, front, and amp. my car has stock amps in the front and rear. can i put my new deck in there an hook up the stock amps to the rear and front rca jacks then my sub amp the normal rca jack and have them all work at the same time?
i have a 2004 gt mustang with the mach audio system and trying to put a kenwood kdc x889 deck in it.
