Yes Robin a Pouch but that isn't an MP3 player is it matey. I maybe didn't explain myself very well. I don't know which MP3 to get. I also need one to be able to use whilst jogging, running, walking, weight training, sports etc etc etc. I don't want to spend loads but want one that lasts.
What is the difference between and MP3 and an iPod and a nano and all the rest of them things? Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Some good answers coming through chaps. I like it.

For sports you have to take into account that it must not have moving parts in it e.g. hard drive and also it should not be heavy/big.
I suggest an ipod nano type player (not necesary an ipod but similar size/weight etc) what works from memory cards and light enough. Also there are loads of accessories available for them many are for sporting (e.g. armband for holding the player, etc)

I suggest to walk in to a store and ask for an ultra light mp3 player what works purely from flash memory and there is no hdd in there. Probably they can show you some what has the style as well you like.

The differences: all mp3 players have been built basically to play mp3 files. The differences are the style/shape, the software in it what gives more options to sort the files or play videos as well. Also the storage memory can be different size what limit your mp3 player's capabilities (more memory can hold more music) Also the pc software can be different the manufacturer gives with the player (if they give any at all) or the battery life can be different. Just about the same as with any electronic devices. You can see millions of types of TVs and all are tvs it is only the brand/manufacturer what is different. (and the functions they put into the TV.

The Ipod is just the brandname of Apple's mp3 player. The nano or the shuffle is just a sub-brand of the Ipod. (e.g. ipod nano, ipod shuffle etc)
