Help with moving house and school?

Im moving house in about a month and a half, and also school too. I'm a little worried about moving school, im in year 7 at secondary school and need a few tips to making good impressions at my new school - so its quite easy to make new friends. Please give me tips on how to do this, i would appriciate it lots :)
