Help with Movie Title

Does anyone recall a British movie from about 15 years ago about some kiRAB who find a dinosaur/dragon skeleton in a nearby warehouse and it comes to life and befrienRAB them??

I've been racking my brains and think it was shown over Christmas. I've tried searched on the net too but to no avail! Any help would be appreciated

Think it was monster maker. It had gruey from tv's gruey in it as well if i remember
