Help with motorola Lc7 (cricket)

My motorola Lc7 worked perfectly fine till my brother hooked it up to the computer and tried to download something well now I get a no service error..... I cant even *228 to program it . If anyone could help , Please.....

correct reflash it. The phone has a virus from downloading just like a computer gets.
