Help with meals and walking (10 points)???????????

Ok I want to clean up my food and start walking Im not fatty I'm 5'3 and weigh 100 but I want to tone up more and get more of the body I want. I am vegetarian and I was wondering what meals I could eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also how much should I run? I don't want to get bulky
