I'm almost 15, a sophomore(:
anyways, please some ideas for:
Hair (I have dirty blonde straight hair a couple inches past my shoulders.)
Makeup (Olive skin, Geenish Hazel almond-shaped eyes)
Shoes
Accessories
or anything else!

Its a really pretty dress! You should check out the shoe store in the link below, they have really pretty shoes (preferably: grey, black brown) Make-up you should go with a smokey eye, I think it would look very pretty. Check out forever 21 for some cute pieces of jewelry.

Hair: If it were me, I would leave it down. Maybe put some loose curls into it, but not a full head of them. Just enough to make people look :)
Makeup: Keep it simple! A little bit of blue eyeshadow might bring out some color in your eyes, but don't cake it on. Mascara is a must though :) and lipstick- nothing too dark. Maybe just some shimmery lip gloss?
Shoes: I'd got with a pair of simple, classic black heels. I found a pair at Famous Footwear just a couple of weeks ago.
Accessories: Again, keep it simple. But, if you go with the black shoes, maybe try to make the jewelry black as well?
