Help with logic on a hard riddle?

If a doctor gives you 3 pills and tells you to take one every 0.5hr how many hours would it take to use them all?

the answer is 1.3 right? Because 0.5 if multiplyed is 10 leaving 2 left for one other 0.5 which would make it 1.3. Wouldn't? On the other side of that the number 5 on the clock is 25 so is you had 3 25 and 25 is 50 add 25 and it's 75. An hour is 60 minutes so theired be another 15 minutes remaining. 15 is the 3 on a clock. So once again, 1.3. Is this correct?
 
i think its one hour. you take one right away. (0.5hours is half an hour) another 30 minutes later. and another 30 minutes later so its 1 hour later. thats what i think
