help with lapi's bluetooth?

i have a hcl ME b3863 laptop...and it has bluetooth i know...i used it for a month..bt after 1 tym i formated ma windows and it got disabled...i have a p1 ..shortcut key on my keyboard-to launch bluetooth but it performs no actions...suggest me what to do...i wanna ma bluetooth back.and enjot it....thanxxx
