My whole life I've had the 5 paragraph essay drilled into my head. intro, 3 body, and concluding paragraphs. now, in my AP english class she says there's no intro or conclusion. you just add the thesis to your first paragraph and your concluding sentence to your last paragraph. i'm having trouble coming up with the really strong concluding sentence she wants. my paper's on Jane Eyre defying social norms of religion, gender roles, and social class. my teacher said my sentence wasn't strong enough to conclude. just some tips or an example would be great. thanks!
