help with itunes/ ipod issues cant download paids apps from jailbreak?

ok so i jailbroke my ipod a while back and saved my installous apps to itunes now i try downloading them after restoring my ipod and it says "some of the apps on jake llewellyns ipod were not installed click the+ below to see them then it says theyr name and a code
and i would really like to get these apps theyr paid apps and i have no money so is there any way to get them? get around the error, anythying?
