Help with iPhone application downloading?

This is because wither you have pirated something off of iTunes OR someone has tried to get something with your account on their iPhone/iPod touch and they have gotten your password wrong a certain number of times. You must go on iTunes and click iTunes Store over to the left, and once that loads, near the top right you should see your email or the words "Sign In" if you see either of these lick on it and a box will pop up and it will tell you to "Sign In" and down at the bottom left of that box it says forgot password, click that and follow the instructions for how to reset your password.

Recently, I have tried downloading a couple of applications, and it won't let me. An error message pops up after I hit Install that says, "You cannot buy because your account is disabled." Anyone know why this is or what I can do to fix it? I really need to download some new apps. Thank you!
