Help with installing games to iphone?

I m new to i phone. i downloaded few free games to my pc from itunes store and those are showing in my itunes library. could any one tell me how to install these games to my i phone? should i have to copy them to some directory in the phone and execute or is it possible to install via pc? i got the same quastion with music too. how can i copy music files to phone which are in itunes library? please help. OS is 5.0.1
