Parallel adapter? I've purchased a USB to Parellel adapter to connect my panasonic kx-p1121 printer to use on my laptop. After pluging in everything, I've only an icon IEEE-1284 controller, no sign of my printer. I've tried downloading the printer's driver from the web, but couldn't unzip the files although it prompted me that all files have been successfully unzipped??? What am I missing here? How do I get my printer upload? Really appreciate some detail help here. Am just a rookie in IT stuff. Thanks a lot.
