I don't get it im getting so frusterated. I am trying to put a picture as a background on my web page. I can get the pciture there but either it's repeating so there is a split line of the picture or it will put it's self to the right of the page.
I either want it to be centered or I want it to be the whole page and i want to be able to put my words over the picture can someone pleaseeeeeeeeeee help
