Help with hard physics spring force question?

A block of mass m = 0.5 kg is held against a spring which is compressed by A = 20cm. Take the friction coefficient to be uk=0.4 and the spring constant to be k = 80 K/M. When the system is released, find: (a) the work done by the spring on the block until the point the block leaves it; (b) the work done by friction until the point the block leaves the spring; (c) the speed at which the block leaves the spring; and (d) how far the block travels from its initial position before coming to a stop.

So I've figured out (a) = 1.60J and (b) -0.392J, but I have no idea how to do C?

The answer supposedly comes out to 2.20m/s but the closest I got was ~2.5m/s? HELP
