Help with gym routine?

Had to repost due to no answers,
I am trying to lose a bit of weight. I'm 14, 5'6 and 129lb,
Yesterday I started going gym, I went on the ellipticall for 20 mins, bike for 10, and treadmill for 30 mins, 15 very fast walking and 15 jogging,
If I do this 3 times a week will it help? Along with a healthy diet.
I don't really know about weights and stuff because I'm new to it and only 14,
If you have any diet or gym advice that would be helpful, thanks :) x
