Help with getting ringtones?

hey, so i found a website that'll give me free ringtones but it sends it as a text with a attachment on it that you have to download. but my dad blocked getting those, so is there a way i can still get the ringtone? my dad also blocked internet. i have a at&t LG zenon if that helps [:

but i can still get texts.
