Recently moved with a huge new yard already supplied with plenty of gorgeous flowers and plants. Just got done asking and finding out what flowers and plants I have, now I just need some information.
Here is what I have:
Tiger Lilly
Purple Iris and Iris germanica / 'Mary Vernon'
Sweet Clover / Melliot
English Ivy / Hedera helix
Spirea Japonica / Spiraea Bumalda
perennial geranium
Hostas
sedum 'live forever'
sedum acre
Some of this are in areas that I want to re-do, or are behind trees and such. so I want to dig them up and re-plant them somewhere else. I would like any sites or advice of tips, re-planting, and anything else I need to know about the list above.
