I just recently took a theatre camp where stage combat was one of the classes. We only had it for 4 days so we only did basic slap/punches and some fighting with wooden rapiers. I felt I learned quite a bit, and do not want to forget what I learned, so I'm just looking for a basic general book that will help me remember what I was taught.
Now, someone already recommended a good book to me, but I think that book focuses primarily on swordplay. Although I do want to keep up with what I learned in that as well, and learn more about it, I feel that I will use unarmed stage combat moves a lot more than doing stage combat with wooden rapiers/swords.
So is there any good book or video series that covers BOTH unarmed stage combat and the basics of rapier/sword fighting?
