help with fighting a kid at school?

im not scared of him. i guess you could say he is a "bully" but to me hes just a jack a**. i know i could take him one on one but now that schools out i dont know how i can find him. i dont have his cell/IM/email or any other contact info. i just want to get him somewhere that i can fight him without anyone interfering. especially the police. i dont want to get in trouble for beating his a**
