I need some ideas for for and against whether the amount of time to have a legal abortion should be lowered aka should women be allowed to have a abortion later than 5 months...
 
have a look on the net at pictures of foetuses and you'll see why an abortion shouldn't be carried out later than 20 weeks, even then the baby is developed and it's cruel
 
No, because you could argue the fetus is too developed and it may be painful for the fetus. Yes, because you could say that women deserve the choice no matter what and it's still just a fetus so it doesn't matter.
 
maybe no because a woman doesn't find out about serious birth defects, or she has suffered abuse, rape and hasn't made up her mind about the pregnacy.

decide whether you consider it a 'baby' when it is cells, has a heart and pulse, has a brain and sensations etc
