Help with english debate?

The debate is based on a short story,
about a muslim young girl who had gotten pregnant, her father had just left town the morning she had told her mother she was pregnant.
To avoid the consequences from her father and OTHERS . Her mother came up with the idea for her to leave town, have the baby and sneak back with the baby. For the time being, the mother will pretend to be pregnant so that once the father comes back he would think that the babies is actually theirs and not their grandson.

Basically, I need help picking up points on why this is wrong. Preferably something non religious. Thanks all !
 
You'd think the community would notice that the wife wasn't pregnant. Won't the father know that the grandma of the baby isn't pregnant? He's going to be gone nine months?!?!
 
Immoral, how would the child grow up then? How does the mother "pretend" to be pregnant? How would she hide it from the father? She might have a home pregnancy, but still, how will the daughter give birth?
