Help with downloading photoshop?

Which is the best version to download, is there a trial where it has everything , or for free

So basicly I need :

A website to download the best version of photoshop for free, and a site to buy it from
 
I used to have a free 30 day trial for Adobe Photoshop 7.0 (I think); I think the only thing I had to do was make an account but I can't remember b/c it was like months ago. Just go to adobe's website and try a free trial.
