help with Desperate Housewives joke?

forgive me for sounding stupid!

all the way back in season 1, mike delfino introduces himself as a plumber and says something along the lines of "if you've got a leak, you could come find me next door." this always causes some kind of embarassed/awkward laughter...is there a dirty joke about "having a leak"...?
 
I checked into a plush hotel in London,and was taken up to my room and everything was grand until I went to use the sink and realize that both faucets dripped,I tried turning the handles as tight as they would go but to no avail,they still dripped. So I call down to the desk to report the faucets dripping,and the desk transferred me over to maintenance,and a man answers the phone hello Jake here how may I help you. I told Jake this is Rm 755 and I have two leaks in the bathroom sink,which Jake responded,"That's OK sir, I do that quite often myself,it's no problem they all go into the same pipe."
