so i'm just starting to learn how to use css to design a website, but came to a stop when the vertical scroll bar appeared. currently my sites width is 80% of a screens width, with 800px minimum width. the problem is, the pages that currently have the vertical scroll bar seem to be more narrow than the other pages. the pages without the scroll bar are wider by the width of a vert scroll bar. is there anything i can do to stop these scroll bars from causing the site to be more narrow?
