I have to do a school project where i cook a 3 course meal i have got:
Entree: Cocktail Prawns
Main: Roast Chicken with Jacket Potatoe and Coleslaw
Dessert: White Chocolate Brulee
What do u think of these ideas? what could i do instead??
Also for the roast chicken what is a good sauce that could go with it??
I thought of a creamy mushroom sauce but cant find a recipe for just the sauce... please and thank u for your help.
