I've got plenty of pasta and vegetables in the house but no meat - the only food with a bit of substance I have are fillets of white fish - I've never cooked white fish before and haven't a clue what to do, or what food to have it with.

Any ideas or recipes on how I could make a delicious meal?

I would saute veggies with olive oil, butter, Italian seasoning and minced garlic. serve over pasta. To prepare the white fish, heat a non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. Pat dry the fish, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and Italian seasoning, both sides. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the pan, when the oil begins to ripple it is ready, add the fish and cook for 2-3 minutes per side. turn heat off, remove fish and tent with foil. I like to saute sliced shallots in the pan for 2 minutes, add fresh squeezed lemon juice and drizzle over the fish. Enjoy.

Grill it for a few minutes either side.Sprinkle some turmeric on.Have pasta
with tomato's with it.Pasta done put a tin in and heat.Or wrap fish in tin
foil with put butter on and put in oven 180 for 20 minutes.Do pasta and
flake the fish into it.
