Ok so I am cooking a turkey this Thanksgiving and need thoughts. I want it to be simple when it comes to cooking it. So what are simples ways to cook a turkey? Can I cook it this way, 8 1'2 pound turkey rub it in butter then stick it in the oven? With foil over it? If so how long would I cook it for?
