i am building a site, and i need a form that goes directly from the site to my email. a 'contact us' form. i am having trouble figuring out how to do it. especially when i tried with the '.php' file... please help. how would i do it?
all i need is:
First Name*
Last Name*
Email Address*
Phone Number
Address
Questions and Comments
and a Submit button that shows a confirmation of submission and goes directly to a specific email address....
can anyone help please? (besides directing me to one of these tutorial type sites, because i'm having trouble with them...)
