if i get insurance and say i accidently broke the phone does the cellphone company have to replace it ( with insurance ) with the new phone i want and would i have to pay the full price of the new one i wanted?
the cell phone company doesn't HAVE TO do anything, but the insurance company does. Make sure the "accident' is not liquid damage as some insurance does not cover it. And I doubt the insurance will give you a new phone and let you pay the different. thy will replace with the same phone. Again, your carrier's hands are clean of it. It all depends on the insurance provider (third party)
