Help with cat eye pocket bike, already jetted but how do i make it go faster?

i need help with my pocket bike its a 49cc cat eye pocket bike what can i do to make it go faster? i already jetted it and cleaned out the carbuator it only goes 25mph barely so i just want to know if there is a trick to make it go faster, and i dont want to spend to much money.
