Basically i'm getting a new car and have enough funds (about £350) left over for a new sound system upgrade. I tend to listen to bass, pop, rnb, house, funk kind of songs... think daft punk, tiesto, plan B, pendulum, prodigy, DJ fresh and you've got it.
Basically, this would be the first time i've upgraded a sound system so I kind of need help from the beginning :/ Obviously i've looked it up a fair bit but still not sure entirely what I need to do. From what I understand you need a decent head unit, All I really need is something that can play .wav files or .mp3 files from a CD and/or my iPod touch 2G along with radio too for traffic updates and finding new music I suppose
Along with the head unit, I think i'd need some new speakers and because of the bass, I think i'd possibly need a new subwoofer and possibly an amp I think? However, any help and guidance someone can give me would be greatly appreciated. Also I think i'd rather get it installed by a professional unless it's easy to fit myself? Thank you for any help, i'll give 10 points to the biggest helper!
